Hickey was previously Chairman and CEO of Sealed Air Corporation for more than ten years, and held various positions with the company for over 20 years.  

He was instrumental in the growth of the Company from sales of $78m in 1980 to sales more than $7.7b in 2013 through a series of acquisitions, new product and service development, and geographic expansion. The Company's geographic footprint grew from five countries in 1980 to a presence in more than 68 countries in 2013 with a sales reach of more than 75 countries. 

Hickey completed 42 acquisitions with more than half of the acquisitions having a cross border component and numerous trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic transactions. Hickey's business experience has been referenced in four Harvard Business School case studies as well as various articles in Forbes and Fortune magazines. 

Mr. Hickey is a graduate engineer and a Harvard Business School MBA. He is active in several corporate and not-for-profit organizations including the Hackensack University Medical Center Board of Governors and the Boy Scouts.

 President and Founding Partner. Experienced business executive in investment, M&A and operational advisory, sales and profit growth, market entry strategy, leadership/talent development, product safety and sustainability. Li was previously President of Sealed Air China, and Vice President of North Asia, he came to China in 2004 and has since built a large Greenfield investment in Shanghai . His business experience in China was referenced by a Harvard Business School case study, Forbes and various trade journals. Li held sales, marketing, sales management responsibilities in US and Canada for 13 years prior to coming to China. Li serves as Vice Chair of the Food, Agriculture & Beverage Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and various leadership roles in other not-for-profit organizations. He is a Board member of Enactus China. Li Xin attended Shandong University in China, holds BA degree in Economics from University of Regina in Canada and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, USA.
